Spent time in the Alcazar in Segovia for the second time. Now I've withdrawn to the Cathedral of Segovia. It feels good to be alone. My solemnity is increased by the magnitude of the interior. This is what it means to be alone with god. Peacefulness. With the silence I am conscious of nothing but what is before me. Each altar is a landscape of its own; complex and secretive. I have lost connection with time and I am completely content.
